Very impressed. Right from the first phone call through to Ryan, who changed the back windscreen. I was dealt with professionally, courteously and most of all honestly! No false promises were made & I was kept up to date at all times on ETA by Ryan. He was an absolute star, and a jolly nice bloke. The job was done quickly & efficiently - and he did a lovely clean up job afterwards. Honestly? I’d never go anywhere else now, & will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

Ryan came out to replace the windscreen on my van, he was very professional, friendly and approachable. He was quick but this did not impact the quality of his work would definitely recommend him

Johnathan came to replace my sons driver side window. He was great. Explained the job to me beforehand , spent time cleaning out the car incase pieces of glass were embedded into the seats. Replaced the window and then explained to me afterwards what to expect. Extremely professional. A great job. Thank you

My rear heated windscreen shattered on Tuesday morning. Contacted a number of companies but AVG gave me the best price by far ordered the part and booked it in for today. Scott came today to replace the window and he was fantastic, friendly and so helpful. It was done in less than an hour and he has done a fab job. I will definitely be recommending your company to my friends and family thank you so much.

Everyone I spoke too were very helpful and polite. I met Ryan the engineer on site and just a really nice lad whom did a great job in a timely manner. Overall I give 10/10 to the engineer and Rob the operator in the call centre.. great team, great job and finally, just to say thank you to everyone involved in resolving my issue.

AVG were very considerate about completing the job in the rain and damp. When they arrived they were on time and everything went off to plan as suggested. Steve and Luke were incredibly polite and very efficient. They said an hour to do the job and that’s what it was! Left my car in a fantastic way, including hoovering floor! It was all very much appreciated
