Brian came the morning after I phoned and although the blocked toilet turned out to be a much more awkward job than anticipated and took 4 hours, he refused to leave before he was sure it was working properly. He was also polite and friendly and tidied up afterwards. I won't hesitate to call him if I need a plumber in future

Brian responded to our call the next morning to investigate a leak in our en suite shower. He identified the problem almost immediately and had it all repaired and in good working order within a short time. He explained everything he was doing and replaced parts required. His workmanship was of a high standard and his cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using this plumber and would certainly not hesitate to contact him again if required. We would highly recommend Brian. He replaced a bathroom mixer sink tap for us. He phoned to let us know that he would be later than he initially said, which is what you want. He was polite and cheerful. Great job!

Had a leak in our downstairs toilet. Based on local recommendations and reviews on Google, I contacted Brian. We received a call within 30 minutes as promised and Brian said he could come round in the next 20 minutes. True to his word he came, fixed the problem which turned out to be three faults caused by poor plumbing workmanship and parts in our new build house. In view of the slight damage to the plaster from being wet Brian has also said he will come back once it dries to tidy up. Delighted with the service and how quick he could come out and fix the problem.
