Emergency appointment whilst on holiday. They were very welcoming for a client that is not on their books. We found the service absolutely brilliant, very friendly and very competitive (money wise). We would recommend them. Thank you so much for looking after Merlin the cocker spaniel. It made the remainder of a holiday very pleasurable.

Really wonderful practice. I had to help my boy over the rainbow bridge today and the vet and reception team were really wonderful and supportive, they helped me come to terms with my decision when I needed the extra support. Also I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and understanding of domestic rat care as this isn't always easy to come by. Thankyou again ❤️❤️

The receptionist was very helpful on the telephone and kindly arranged a same-day appointment for our dog whilst we were on holiday nearby. In person, the receptionists and vet were very pleasant and efficient, and had a very good manner with our dog. Parc Vetcare also said they would send treatment details on to our vet at home so we keep medical records complete. All in all, an excellent experience.

Molly our golden retriever fell seriously ill while on holiday. Over the week Helen, Katherine, Deborah and all the team treated her with the greatest care and affection , we couldn't have asked for any more dedication right to the sad end. We thankyou for your care taken and would recommend the practice to others.Thanks Steven and Sheena.

I am so pleased we moved our two dogs to this vets. We have a very anxious poodle who's experience of going to the vets had been pretty traumatic. Our previous vets had put a muzzle of him which was totally unnecessary, she only had to try to get to know him. Parc Vetcare have done wonders already in just two visits. So pleased we moved!

Wonderful vet practice. I couldn’t praise them enough. When my lovely Penny had kittens and one of them became poorly shortly after, the staff could not have been more helpful or kind, even after my third panicked phonecall in the same day. Also great in dealing with my slightly anxious Labrador. It feels like all members of staff truly care about you and your pets and I am very grateful for their care and compassion. Pricing is also very competitive, which always helps!

Very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, and obviously care deeply about making sure our pets receive the best care. What sets this practice apart from others in my opinion is that you never feel rushed - they take the time to explain things to you and get to know my 3 dogs way beyond the reason for the consult. I’ve always had good vets but never had a great vet practice until now. Their location is ideal too and the layout of the practice well thought out - would highly recommend.

Fantastic practice, very caring and attentive vets. My dog was very ill during our holiday and they immediately accommodated us within a couple of hours of calling out of the blue. We felt very taken care of and the vet had read my dogs notes prior to our arrival. If we lived nearby they would be our registered practice. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured for time, the vets really took their time to treat my dog and explain her medication to me, even spoke to my local vets over the phone while I was there to make sure my dog got the right treatment for her. Reception staff also very professional and reassuring. Would highly recommend this practice !
