Now I’m led to believe it’s called fast food,I put my order in last night inside the building,there was nobody eating apart from an employee,while I was waiting and watching and listening a young man was doing all the running around he was serving,doing the orders packing the food and also taking orders outside while the guy cooking the food took the piss,when the guy who had obviously been on a break then had remark thrown at him by said cook.Eventually after about 20 to 25 min I got my food. When I left there was 6 people waiting on the premises,and suddenly more staff appeared.Very bad service,and to the manager let your staff know customers are listening to your staffs piss taking.You might of guessed I won’t be going there again by the way I spent £21.

Went into get some food a few days ago and can't say anything bad about it food was cooked fresh to order, great service from Staff and the place was clean and tidy would eat there again

I called in today with my son as we were passing through town and there isn't one local to us in Worcester.My son ordered a burger and unusually for whatever reason he just didn't like it, ordinarily he will eat anything.Anyhow.. seeing a prices aren't the cheapest I said, I'm not going to get you anything else and he ate half the burger with a face on him ))I've never done this before but I thought, I'll just ask if they would swap it as he really didn't like the taste and a lady there was so lovely, I said don't worry if I'm being cheeky but could I swap it (well throw the half eaten one) and have something elseNot a problem she said, It happens - and she got him a chicken royaleSo helpful and she could easily of said no.Thanks so much, saved me a couple of pounds having to get him something elseThanks(@theworcesterblogger)

After going her a few times I thought I would give them one last chance but they disappointed again! The last time I waited over 30 minutes to get my order and had to leave without one of the things on my order because it took so long. Tonight I waited 15 minutes, they didn't remember what my order was and I came home to find my burger that was supposed to be the new cheesy chicken burger, is a small piece of chicken with just salad and mayonnaise (pictured) the fries are like warm and I only live 3 minutes away and they were warm from the time I got them after having a cheeky few in the car! Very disappointed again!

The food was good and quick . We had limited time after picking children up from school and having to eat and be back for 5 for their school play. There was only us in there, and a few came in for takeaways. It wasn't the warmest in there, but most definitely the quickest.

3 times I have been twice delivery only once I have been remotely happy and I used to love burger king. The bread never seems fresh and the burgers are never put together well. The atmosphere of the place is always like a morgue and nobody seems happy (customers or staff) it is such a shame as I was so pleased to get a burger king in Kidderminster but I am yet to be pleased.
