Breathe Easy Pilates
I attend Jane's mumma and baby Pilates class at Waterloo park and it is fabulous. Jane is a great teacher and really knows her stuff, especially around post natal recovery which I really value. More importantly, for me anyway, is that the classes are truly welcoming for mums and their little ones. I have changed, calmed and breastfed my daughter in class. Baby has had meltdowns and it's been no problem at all. Most memorably, my baby socked up all over me and Jane was on hand to find a muslin to clean up- what a woman! I really would thoroughly recommend the class- it's a great way of reconnecting with fitness and strength but also of finding a really lovely, inclusive space which Jane really nurtures.

Breathe Easy Pilates
Jane’s postnatal Pilates class at Waterloo Park was fabulous. She was always so welcoming and it was a great way to get back into exercise after having my little girl. It’s also such a sociable class with the option to stay for a coffee afterwards to have a catch up with the other mums. It was one of my favourite baby groups I attended whilst on maternity leave as it was so enjoyable for both myself and my little girl!

Jane is a first class professional Pilates instructor whose classes I’ve attended for several years now. She makes each session varied and challenging and her teaching style ensures the whole class feels encouraged and motivated. She gives options for all levels of fitness and experience and takes time to correct positioning which is very important. Thank you Jane- you are amazing!

Breathe Easy Pilates
I took part in Jane's online pregnancy pilates classes & loved every minute of them. Jane is super friendly & her teaching method is very inclusive & calming. The excercises were great for bulding & maintaining strength throughout pregnancy, which was needed when baby arrived! She adapted each movement to suit our personal abilities & physical restrictions. I loved her classes so much, myself & a couple of friends booked private online classes with her in addition to the group class.

Breathe Easy Pilates
Jane's post natal Pilates class has been one of the most valued things I've done during maternity leave. She's a great Pilates instructor - grading exercises for individuals within the class so they are just right for your stage of post natal recovery, and offering individual correction to make sure everyone is getting the most out of the class. She's also a wonderfully warm and funny human being. Coffee with the group after class is so lovely. I'd recommend the group for physical recovery, mental wellness and social connectedness. Just what you need when you have a young baby.

Breathe Easy Pilates
I love going to Jane’s mum and baby classes at Waterloo Park. The classes are designed specifically for postpartum and even then all of the exercises have modifications depending on your level of strength and ability. The environment is perfect. Such a friendly, welcoming and relaxed space and so lovely for it to be a class for the mums that babies can be part of with no pressure if they need to be settled, fed, changed, incorporated into the exercises etc! It’s been great to meet other mums and stay for coffee afterwards and her mumma and baby socials have been so lovely too. I’d wholly recommend Jane for Pilates with or without baby!

This is one of the best classes I have found. Jane is professional and great Pilates teacher. She supported me postnatally following C-section and helped me with confidence to be able to exercise again. The coffee after the baby class also a really relaxed vibe to chat with other mums. Recommended Jane to so many friends and new mums.

Jane is a really knowledgeable instructor. Jane shows you various options depending on your fitness levels. She has a variety of options such as classes in person and online. I highly recommend joining breathe easy Pilates for sessions.

Breathe Easy Pilates
Love Janes Pilates classes both postnatal with bubbas and without bubbas. Jane always makes everyone feel so welcome and included. Even in larger groups Jane will spend time making sure everyone is comfortable with the moves and help with positioning. Highly recommend x
