I've purchased two machines from Will and the guys at Stag, I can't falt them in any way. My experience with them over the last two years has been fantastic. I had two minor issues resolved under warranty, with Stag coming to collect the machine from me, and deliver it back once sorted. They have even produced bespoke attachments for my machines.
