A month ago (during a cold spell) as we were locking up our office the key snapped in the door on a Friday evening. We called Mark and he was with us within the hour. Friendly service and he fixed our problem promptly. Highly recommended.

Mark was so friendly and came out on a Saturday when my grandparents' door wouldn't lock. He fixed the issue and has guaranteed a reduced rate to replace if it fails in the coming months. Reasonable, timely and very friendly service ☺️

Mark was absolutely amazing when I locked myself out of my car. He arrived in 15 minutes and had the car open in less than 2!!! I couldn’t recommend him more swift, professional and great value. Thank you Mark!

Extremely good service - I had a broken key stuck in the front door and in under 90 minutes of calling Allocks it was fixed. Fast, efficient and friendly and there is no call out charge. Highly recommended
