I've worked for Teaching Personnel since October 2022 and have had nothing but a positive experience!Right from the initial interview, Mike understood what type of work I was looking for and have been great at adapting to my needs/changing situation. I was keen to get into a certain school near me and very quickly they were able to introduce me to the school, where I have been on general supply since October half term. Mike also secured a long term role for me at the school too.The majority of time, I'm in contact with Mike, due to his connections with the school. He is awesome and checks in with me often to check everything is ok. I feel it's really personable and he fully understands the work I am looking for.Amelia and Ben have also been excellent when I've attended schools they're linked to. I would recommend the agency to anyone looking for any type of teaching roles.Everyone is always helpful and supportive whenever I contact them. I worked with this agency as a TA in the Newport area last year and I cannot fault Matthew Naden. He found me work and it always went very smoothly. Also once I had finished at the agency and was in need of references, he was always quick to reply when I had any questions. Very positive experience all round.

I was with teaching personnel for a little under 2 years once being referred to through a friend and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to get into education. I was put with Matt in the SEN sector and Matt was there from day one, making sure I was most comfortable in whichever school I was in, making sure it was easily accessible to wherever I lived and if any circumstances had changed, he was always able to work around them. They’re a very understanding company and will help with any questions, or concerns you may have. 100% recommend if you’re looking into getting into education.

I can only say positive things about my experience with Teaching Personnel. I can't thank Lisa enough for the work and dedication she put into completing my application to allow me to get into a school (where I then secured a full time job for September). As a primary teacher in the Welsh medium, there has always been work opportunities and have had the chance to forward on a friend that also got a job for September thanks to Lisa. They are always on hand to answer any concerns or anything in general and are extremely friendly. I cannot recommend enough.

Ellie was amazing throughout the application process and got me a full time position in the school I wanted to work at.
