Although I have visited the store many times since opening, I had a recall sorted and a software update carried out on my bike for the first time.Billy in servicing was friendly and of great help organising everything. And all went well. I was made very welcome.

Spot on from the start made the sale of my 765rs very easy, even answering emails out of hours on Sunday night, had all the bike serviced and looked over for me ready to do a test ride at short notice. great customer service would defiantly buy from them again!! thanks again!!

I have no idea how simple Jeremy Chadwick must be to leave such a review.Reiton ARE indeed the best shop in the world and every time I go in the shop I get looked after and nothing is too much trouble.I took four friends to Reiton on Saturday to view their second hand bikes and we were all made welcome and only had to catch a staff member's eye to get offered a coffee from the SELF SERVE machine or cheese burger and hot dogs galore. We all had a lovely day . Thank you Reiten's team.

Just went to check out the s1000xr, a dealership in the middle of nowhere, (but nearer to me!) Staff where all friendly and welcoming. One of the reps (Richard Andrews)explained all the technical details of the gs and xr in great detail and gave us his time!
