Had extreme difficulty trying to pay by card phone kept cutting out during the transaction made 5 calls and thought I had completed transaction on last call. Returned to my vehicle within allotted time and went home. One week later received a parking fine along with picture of vehicle details for non payment of parking fee for £100.00 or £60.00 if paid within 14 days. Contacted Civil Enforcement Liverpool by letter stating the communication problem, with equipment. Waste of time and paper. Had to pay the £60.00. Will write to Headcorn Parish Council to make them aware of what is happening when using this parking area.DO NOT PARK HERE IT COSTS YOU MORE THAN THE PARKING FEE.

The ticket machine didn't accept the card and had to go and find change. Bought a ticket but because it took 1 minute and 4 seconds longer than the 15 minutes allowed was fined £100These greedy leeches are only interested in what they can squeeze out of people.Foreman centre, Headcorn you should be ashamed. It would be no stars if that was an option

The worst carpark ever. They make money by essentially relying on issuing fines. We were just a few minutes late, paid the fee and still got a fine. No one to contact, no one cares because that is how they run their business. I can’t believe they are still in business.

I was bullied and harassed for more than two years about a PCN I was given for not parking in a designated bay, despite it not having white lines around it even though I had bought a ticket. A few months earlier, having parked in the same spot, I was given a PCN for not buying a ticket. Nothing about not being in a designated bay. My appeal was arbitrarily rejected with no explanation, no correspondence address etc. Following that I received increasingly threatening letters from bailiff companies who never answer the phone. I have pleaded with them to take me to court. All ignored. Last summer I finally made contact with one of the directors of the company. He said he’d look into it. Despite several reminders he never got back to me. It’s time this company was held to account.

I wish I could give this car park zero.Watch out for fines. The car parking meter was not working for cards so would not issue you me a ticket. I had to pay with cash. Not familiar with the area I also spoke to someone local about the carpark machine. This took me over the allotated time to get a ticket by a couple of minutes. There is no one to complain to so you end up paying a reduced fine as that is the easiest option..so unfair. This car park must be raking it in.I would not mind but I had bought a ticket as soon as I was able and it was their machine not working ! Not my fault ! Be careful

I paid for parking, have a blue badge and was gone well before the time had ran out yet 3 months later I get a threatening letter from a company saying that my debt has been sold to them and I had to pay £170!! I am not local if anyone could take a picture of the car park sign and upload it to Google that would be a massive help. I’m sure other people will need it in the future as well.

If you're planning to stay between 6pm and 8am make sure you bring cash. The night charge isn't an option on the app. I paid £1.50 for two hours parking instead of the £1 for the whole night and ended up with a £100 fine...

This company are completely unscrupulous.I paid for four hours of parking, was there a fraction of the time and got issued with a £100 fine. My ticket was clearly shown in my front window. I had kept my ticket as I have previously heard of the trouble many others have had so sent the ticket as proof along with my appeal. When I appealed, the reply I got was I had entered my reg incorrectly. I am 100% certain I entered it correctly and the last three letters of my reg show clearly on the ticket. After appealing, they said they would reduce the fine to £20!!!! I PAID FOR MY TiCKET.Does anyone have experience of whether they can uphold this fee of £20? Why are Headcorn parish council allowing this method of monitoring? It's driving customers away. I for one, will not be spending my money in the high street now. I would be too anxious to park anywhere now. It's a real shame as it's a lovely village but using this type of bullying monitoring, especially when I'm not guilty, is just too much and I'll shop elsewhere.

Do NOT use this car park at any time. I was here for a few minutes in October and I got landed with a £100 fine. The cameras will spot you , be warned!!ALL the access road up to the High Street is covered with enforcement cameras so you are NOT safe there either!!

I brought a ticket and i put in my registration and displayed but apparently the last 3 letters of my registration isn't good enough although I believe you can only input 3 digit's I appealed it was reduced to £20 but organisations who govern themselves like the BPA /TRADING UNDER DIFFERENT ORGANISATIONS CIVIL ENFORCEMENTS/PARKING EYEmake the rules up themselves I feel they need to be restricted from obtaining personal information under the the freedom of information act 2000 I'm going to pay the £20 but pursue them through the government departments that allow unscrupulous companies to obtain personal information without good reason their regulator BPA is self governing and not scrutinised by government this needs to change so they stop harassing and haranguing innocent people in to paying victicious jackonory reasons why you have to pay !Sainsbury's and the original factory warehouse are just as guilty for putting profit before the customer! MONEY is king to them!! So don't use these shop's until they start listening to customers there are plenty of good local shops that would be happy to see you through their door than these big organisations !
