I called to order £400 worth of oil for my mother, however unfortunately had a really bad experience with the lady's attitude who took my call. She was incredibly rude and even hung up on me after snapping at me for questioning whether her quote of '47.30 per litre' was in pounds or pence, which she had not specified. I called back and spoke to a much nicer gentleman; however after discussing what had happened with my mother, she too told me that the lady had been rude to her before as well. On hearing this I immediately called back to cancel my order and took my business elsewhere. I definitely won't be contacting MK Oil again.
