Excellent personal service

We booked with sue a few times, it was really great to start with lost the personal agent feel we would of expected when we had to make changes due Covid etc. just had automatic reminders sent with no follow up calls and no guidance on alternative options which resulted in us losing money while booking with sue. not very help when things get difficult so it seems just when the booking are straight forward not what I’d expect from a smaller personal agent
