I have never experienced such a rude women in my life. (Name tag says Andrea) the customer service here is terrible and I can not get over how rude Andrea was when asking what bakes was left as nothing was labelled.. management need to look into who they hire il be going back to Gregg's that's for sure.

I've been getting bread here since I was a little girl. They have never failed to provide my grandparents and I with the freshest, crispiest bread. Every time me and my family come to visit my grandparents they always have a nice loaf of bread that i cannot wait to try. Thank you so much for being an important part of my childhood.

Sorry but the bread here varies from day to day. Sometimes crispy and fresh with a great aroma. Other times soft and spongy almost as if it yesterday's bread. I would rate it as a one on any given day to a five on another. No consistency, and as such overall overpriced

This morning I had literally the best apple turnover I have ever eaten in my life.I am now eating bacon rolls. The rolls were also from Grouts and are absolutely amazing.Staff were really friendly too. Top marks well deserved.

Have been getting our 0birthday cakes from here for last 4 years. Every cake was lovely, icing was soft, not too sweet, sponge was lovely and light. Will definitely be getting my next cake from there.

Nice bakery , lovely food, coffee machine tasty as well ,my only complaint is the over inflated prices,a small crusty roll with sausages in £2.45,as tasty as they are .

My local bakers. Love most of the cakes and braed they make. Adore there custard tarts, just not big enough.
