Extremely friendly, welcoming and professional service. Had highlights, cut and colour with the expert Katie, who is such fun to be with. All the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and their prices are very reasonable. Recommended.

I’ve had a keratin blowdry twice here, my hair is extremely thick and curly Mediterranean hair, and it has been left extremely smooth and manageable for a few months between each treatment. Katy also trimmed and reshaped my hair and I was very happy with the finish, and I have particularly high standards with my hair, having been to salons all over London, I was very happy. Thank you and see you in a couple of months!

My mother visited the parlour today for highlights . My mum was very disappointed with the staff avoiding her at the first place and other thing my mum told them give me the same colour that I have ,but give me a touch up on the roots to avoid the grey hair They completely changed the colour she had before to black .she infact complained on the spot but they refused to change her colour .Do look at the pictures and see if you can see any highlights on her hair ! And little of the colour was left on her cheeks and dint even bother to clean it off her face . Very bad recommended place to visit . Never again bad service . Staff not polite at all

First time I came to this place and woman which done my hair amazing. Tall and long blonde I forgot her but she made my hair amazing. I never trust someone to cut my hair but she done is wow ☺️

Awful. The massage therapist didn't seem like a experienced therapist. She wasn't using enough oil that my skin started to burn and itch.
