Where technically what can I say about that motorbike soap I don't know I never been in there I go past every day part of the part work career but ended and trying to sort out Google Maps where I walk from Pontypridd to my mother's but it's not letting me put my phone in position where I wanted to go but at the end of his day I go past it everyday back in the day used to be old can I book please I don't know what it was before that pretended day I just go pasta for don't know I don't drive a motorbike so technically I Won't Give It I don't know to give It 5 Stars I never been in it

Problems with starting my 125 Duke, bike was transported to Mounters, initial diagnosis was challenged and had to repeat the symptoms a number of times. After speaking to Wayne the bike was diagnosed again and fault found and repaired to a very good standard. Will not hesitate in taking the bike back for service repair.

Bought a cheeky little dirt bike had some small problems as you do but quickly sorted. Lots of advice too as its a new sport for me. Everyone helpful thanksedited to say been great support still somewhat confused with the dirt bike thing but very helpful. thanks guys

Have had 3 1290's from here:Sales is an uncomplicated process with as much help and info as you need without the product dump. You are treated based on your experience which is helpful. Good fleet of demo bikes to try out before you buy. (You will buy!)Service boys know their stuff and get the job done properly and finish it when they say they will. I always get offered a courtesy bike which is not the case everywhere.Had a couple of minor Warranty issues all of which which were dealt with quickly and with no dramas. Even got one sorted just after the warranty ran out! Courtesy bike every time as well.Decent cup of tea available as well - unless Wayne makes it....In summary, these boys really deliver on the issues that are important to me as a high mileage rider. It feels like no big deal at the time but I can assure you it is a big deal when other dealers don't do the basics well.Recommended.

Friendly service and a good range of KTMs at good prices with a sprinkling of other brands. Good selection of accessories, plenty of bike parking. Was busy when we visited by still served quickly.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good customer service and a good selection of bikes and parts/accessories. No problem to take a bike for a test ride and once purchased the after sales service is also very good. Highly recommended and much better than that place in Bristol that also sell KTM.
