this guy went to a callout, charged £88 only to tell me what the issue was and afterwards typical excuses for not going back to finish the job. will never recommend.

Called Liam as we had a leak under the bath and had been let down by our usual plumber. Jack came out to have a look 24 hours later and was all sorted 48 hours later. Many thanks Liam and your team.

Leak under bath, came out to tell us the leak was under the bath and did nothing to rectify it, said they had to get back to another job and charged £120 just to tell us that and wanted more money to come back and fix the issue another time.

I am saddened to read the reviews which gave this company one star. However, having had a similar experience of those writers, I can only say how much I agree with them!I shouldn't have to say this, but if you, as I did, posted a clear description of what you needed, please ensure that you confirm what you want and do not be persuaded by use of the camera" that will be used to identify the problem. The person that came out to assess my leak could only do that for £120. He then went on to offer a services of a subcontractor who could do the whole job
