Amberley Hall Day Nursery

Both my children have attended this Nursery and the staff are fantastic. The food makes me want to stay for lunch. It is freshly cooked from scratch. last week my son had Goat curry. The activities are very creative and child led which can only be achieved effectively because of the small class sizes. Parent communication is excellent via use of the online tapestry" application which allows you to view learning statements and photos of your child during their day."

Lovely nursery and super friendly staff all in a creative environment to feed imaginations

Moved our daughter to Amberley Hall after a year in a much bigger nursery where we loved her keyworker but didn't like the high staff turnover and low staff average age.So far she has got to see chicks being raised, made art for cultural festivals and experienced great new food.All the staff have time to chat, are friendly and genuinely interested in her and our family.Can't wait for her to move downstairs to the older ones' floor so she can continue to learn new things and have a great time doing so!

Our son loves attending nursery. The staff have been great with him and he has made some really good friends. The food has always been amazing and they have also been very supportive of working parents and changes to our schedules.

I cannot fault this nursery. The care and attention they have given my son has been superb. They seem to have such a lovely way of caring for the children and really get to know them.The food provided is wonderful and cooked in front of the children, if not, with the children.I will be sending my daughter there with such confidence.

My toddler loves going to Amberly Hall. She gives a squeal of delight when she arrives in the morning. She bonded very well and quickly with her key-worker and she enjoys her home-cooked lunches there very much.

My daughter attended this nursery for nearly 4Years and I am so pleased we found it! I fully trusted and felt comfortable leaving her at 6 months to return to work-Despite the majority of her ‘firsts’ being at nursery- the staff treated this sensitively and managed to capture/ document every moment! Over the years they have looked after us all- not just our daughter- the outside areas, although look small are full of surprises and grow everywhere with what they are able to do in this space- growing, hatching, imaginary play- you couldn’t ask for more- do not hesitate to and visit this nursery you willNot be disappointed!!!

I had the most positive experience taking my baby here. She was about 9 months when she started and sadly, couldn't stay long as we relocated a couple months later. But the staff were all so friendly, so lovely, so caring, and I knew looked after my baby with such professionalism and care every day. I was really nervous at the start as she'd never been with anyone but my husband and I, but once lockdown eased and she was able to attend, after just a few days I felt perfectly comfortable knowing she was in good hands, learning, playing, enjoying being outside in the garden and inside. Seeing photos of how she was doing and interacting with the staff and other children was so important in giving me peace of mind. The menu was AMAZING and you will never find a nursery that feeds your children better. After just a few days, my baby's face lit up when she'd see the ladies in the morning at drop-off, and I knew she enjoyed her time there. They went above and beyond to make us feel confident she was well, and I miss it so much. I cannot recommend this place enough, and words can't express how sad I am that we don't still live in the area to continue having her attend.

She always comes back home in a lovely mood and that says it all.The staff are always lovely and welcoming, it's feels like a hone from home.They have a wide range of healthy home cooked meals from all around the world! introducing her to foods she would not normally have at home.They also have a lovely range of natural/wooden toys this is important to us.They do lots of craft and sensory activities with them also something she would not get as much of at home!The outside space is also important to us and I know the staff are keen to get the children out as much as possible! it's a lovely garden with lots to do.Thank you Amberly hall for all your hard work. highly recommended.
