Cscape Pilates
All the teachers who work with Cscape are really good, and the classes are always very well structured with plenty of variety, and the exercises adjusted to the needs to individuals. It's a miracle that a life long sport phobic like myself manages to something like this regularly - and even enjoy it. All due to the brilliant and lovely teachers who run the courses for Cscape.

Cscape Pilates
Cscape Pilates is a very professional set up with excellent teachers. Throughout the pandemic, Cscape has enabled us to continue with Pilates via Zoom which again has been most professional. When it has been possible to attend classes at the studio, the safety measures have been 1st class and by offering a mix of studio and Zoom everyone has been able to continue with total peace of mind.

Love, love, love this pilates studio! I've been doing their online Zoom classes which are incredible and while there was brief lockdown respite I went to Penryn to try one of the classes in person. They were just as good in real life as on Zoom. All three teachers are brilliant, and I can't recommend it enough. They adjust for all abilities so are perfect for the beginner or the more advanced student.

I've been so pleased with Pilates classes at CScape over the years. I started going post partum to strengthen my core and also help with posture and back ache. Sally and the team are just wonderful, so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! Sally also has a great way of explaining each move in detail, giving option for different abilities and just making you feel at ease. Always feel great after class; the zoom options are also vary handy for when it isn't possible to attend in person. Highly recommend trying out one of their classes.

Cscape is a great place to do pilates! All the teachers are very professional and understand the needs of everyone in the class and take care to tailor exercises to suit all abilities. Thank you Cscape for keeping classes going on Zoom during the lockdowns, they've been invaluable.

I have been attending Cscape Pilates classes for a number of years now and they are just the best teachers. Classes are available for all levels and within each class the exercises are tailored to suit individual needs, with different options being provided. All the teachers are super-friendly and clear; the class is at just the right pace. Over this pandemic they have offered brilliant options over Zoom and continue to provide blended opportunities to suit people's different circumstances. Can highly recommend.

Cscape Pilates
I have been doing pilates with Cscape for a number of years having previously been with another group. The classes are run by very professional and dedicated teachers and are different each week. I am in my mid 70s and learn among much younger people. One of the main attributes of Cscape is that the teachers accommodate all ages, abilities and medical conditions. They make the classes fun and you can choose your own individual level to which to work - mind you sometimes on Monday lunchtime I realise I might have been a bit optimistic !Many thanks Jo, Sally and the team
