A massive thank you to David, who un-jammed my chain when it jumped off, during our coast 2 coast ride this week. His knowledge, methodical approach and his engagement with us was exceptional and we were back on the road within half an hour of turning up at his shop. Without him, our trip may well have ended prematurely. A true gentleman and I highly recommend him.I am pleased to say we completed our C2C ride without further incidents.

I had an outstanding experience with Dave at North Pennine Cycles. He went above and beyond to help us during our coast-to-coast ride, replacing my chain at short notice and fixing my rear wheel outside of business hours. Dave's dedication and expertise are truly remarkable, and we couldn't have completed our ride without his assistance. I can't recommend North Pennine Cycles and Dave enough – a true lifesaver! I can only echo the great reviews given about David and his shop in Nenthead. Initially very helpful in advising on securing a slipping seat post - which was the reason we visited in the first place; but his knowledge of cycling and routes to follow in the surrounding area was brilliant. He could not have been more helpful.

Took my bike in whilst doing the C2C as it wasn't enjoying the hills. Dave took a look and replaced my gear cable and cassette for a very very reasonable price. His service was great and you can tell he loves his bikes.

Visited while cycling the C2C and the pannier rack broke on my husband’s bike. David not only fixed it quickly and efficiently , but also tightened the handlebar stem which we didn’t even know was loose. Great service and great to chat with David, who opens every day.
