Avoid them.....causing delay in completion .....takes months to check emails provide responses. Personally, one of the worsts I have come across, there are really good firms who get things done on time.I would definately agree with other feedback provided below Bit too late in the proceedings

Very poor service thus far. We are in the process of buying our first home together The apathy displayed and failure to respond aptly nor promptly has been characteristic throughout. We are hoping to see some improvement in communication and common courtesy during the remainder of the process however, we will update this review in due course.

I used David and Snape for my conveyance solicitors when I sold my house in Porthcawl recently and I have to say they made everything as simple and stress free as possible. No hitches, delays or complications and I had the money in the bank just seven weeks from the date the sale was agreed. Very reasonable cost too. Excellent service all round!
