I found the whole experience very interesting and helpful with Deena giving me so much useful advice. I’ve started a different way of eating and am already feeling better so although not easy, I’m going to keep going! Would highly recommend.

I am so happy I did this! Deena was so informative and didn’t patronise me about my eating habits which made me feel super calm. I have had an allergy test done today. All I can say is that I am impressed by its accuracy. It literally show up issues that last time took me 6 months, with great amount of effort through hospital appointments and phone calls, to get to be aware of. Other than that, I have discovered the main reason of my wellness issues, which the doctors have not even considered it. It saved me a lot of stress, a lot of money, a lot of time and definitely peace of mind. I am extremely grateful and I am looking forward to my next testing. Deena is the most lovely person ever, she is very professional, understanding and reliable. I highly recommend Deena and her services at Harmony Health Hub.
