Waited 20 minutes to order coffee, after which we received our order a further 20 minutes later.The lad behind us knew the guy working there and after discreetly talking to each other, he was served his drink before us and another couple in front of us. Brilliant.Each drink took an absolute age to make, meaning the first coffee was cold by the time we received the last one, all of which were far too sweet.Would not visit again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. It took longer to get coffee than a full meal! Shocking.

I visit this place regular and the service here is brilliant every time. I am from Dewsbury and travel to Rotherham often for work. Love it every time

Just been served by Luke , he was really friendly and attentive , (and I was being awkward) he talked me through my options and even let me know what donuts they had in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

Ok at the time I went , it was lockdown and everything was ok , the Donuts were above average , with a nice variety, it's a donut shop what else do you expect.

To be fair, we only went in because Costa next door was shut, but we were not won over!I didn't like the dark decor, somehow it made it feel dingy despite it not looking too scruffy.Didn't enjoy the coffee, or the greasy over sweet doughnut. Didn't like eating off paper instead of plates.Only one member of staff on so although he was okay, it wasn't fast service.

I go nearly every week, sometimes more. Definitely some of the best coffee I've ever had, always awesome and welcoming staff. I love it here, and would move the Heck in if I could!

Donuts are to be desired by this company. For the price you pay should be fresher than almost half a day old whether they were pretty much dried out, plus the male sales assistant was very pushy to get us to by something even when we were the only ones in there. Woman sales assistant wasn't very helpful but did just stand around.
