Came here during our London trip to meet up with my static despite my vacation lmaoThe concept is really cool and it was easy to create an account and get started.We struggled a little to get the game running on the computer but the support of the staff was phenomenal and eventually everything worked smoothly.It was a lot of fun playing with my friends and I'd definitely recommend this to everyone.Prices were about 7-8£ per hour :)

The hardware like keyboard headphones etc is fine but speed and set-up is sub-par. We had a party of 4, paid £9/ hour for the squad room and the computer completely crashed at least once on 3 of us during our 4 hours there. The staff were very helpful and compensated us for the time lost but still, I’d expect a gaming cafe to not have these issues.It’s cool they serve food, it’s like the internet cafes in Asia, you can order it from your screen so that’s cool.The bathroom was DIGUSTING though, I told one of the staff members it needs cleaning (not the staff mentioned above) and two hours later, it was still the same.

Great place if you come here with a 1,000 tonnes item vault to keep your personal belongings safe from the homeless people they let into the store to rob your stuff!Lady came in begging for change with a piece of paper, ended up stealing my phone and when I went to the staff and told them all they said was ‘Yeah…’, didn’t ask any questions or offer any help. Clearly is a common occurrence since they do nothing to try and avoid it, seeing as they let people not even interested in the café in and out as they please.Other than that it’s a great place! They just need to work on security, their amazon/dollar tree gaming gear, their music taste, their staff training, their toilet hygiene, their app interface, and everything else! Thanks for nothing xTake the time to find a better place in the area.

I planned a trip for a birthday party in one of the squad room in advance. In total we probably had about 1 hour of game time, and 2-3 hours of restarts, resets, re-downloads.The first red flag should have been the homeless women they let in who was screaming at the customers upon our arrival, which they did nothing about.The system was so bad. The PC's crashed continuously over our time, mid game, they were laggy, and signed us out 3 times an hour. When we downloaded a game from our steam account, it took half an hour, we would play for 2 minutes and then it would restart. Then we had to re-download the game AGAIN.I feel like more of their power went into the AC system then the PC.Sad experience for a birthday as you'd expect a gaming cafe to have gaming PC's intact. Id rather have had the experience than the money becuase it was for a special day that we left very frustrated. Thank god McDonald's was just down the road.We did get a refund after contacting support.Also, no veg options in the food. Boba was good though.Staff were really nice and it was not their fault but should have moved us if the PC's were faulty the first time we asked. A bit of a shame.Won't be coming back, really sad ☹️

Great place to get in a few games of the most popular games they have all of them pre-installed. Quick and easy access to the computers no long process to login just use your email and password you used to register to the SideQuest app and it also includes a monthly fee for some free hours every month with extra benifits. £5 per hour or monthly subcription

i enjoyed my time here but there is so many things that can be improved. tried to play overwatch and was barely playable as the whole thing was insanely laggy for both of us in the duo room. the duo room had absolutely no privacy also as it used to, so most of the time i could just hear the insanely loud music from the next room and other people shouting.i ordered a bubble tea from the desk as soon as i arrived and was told it would be brought to me. 3h later when leaving it still hadn’t come so i had to ask again. they clearly rushed it in a panic as all the boba was one massive block and it tasted of plain milk.the chair in the room was very uncomfortable, keyboard had keys in the wrong places and the assistance button clearly didn’t work or just went completely ignored.

Set up and staff were good, but place needed some improvement as toilet wasn’t working and floor looked damaged. Also needed to set up an account which took 10 minutes. Great place, can be better with little improvements.

It’s a nice place just really dirty and the music is extremely loud. I can’t even hear the game whilst having headphones on. Also they play really depressing music that ruins the whole gaming atmosphere

Ideal place for a distraction afternoon video game play. We paid 6 pounds for 1 hour, very fair price, good service . There is a place where the parents can wait and have drinks and snacks (you should pay). Large place with many game stations.
