We recently purchased our first home through Belvoir and couldn’t be happier with the service provided throughout. From the point of offer Sue was really helpful and despite my numerous calls and questions she was always happy to answer my queries and offered me the best advice to help secure the property we had set our heart on. We are now two weeks into our new home and loving it! We cannot recommend them highly enough and would like to say a massive thank you to Sue and the team at Belvoir.

I have used the team at Belvoir to sell 2 flats recently and their service was superb. I had offers on both within weeks and both completed effortlessly with great coms from Sue in the office regarding progress and chasing up. One property was way out of town but they still did the accompanied viewings and I really just left everything to their capable hands! Very highly recommended and I will certainly use them again myself in future.

I recently sold a property through Belvoir in Oldham. We were struggling with a bereavement so the support we received from Belvoir, in particular branch manager Vicky, was so appreciated. From the beginning, Vicky sorted everything for us, leaving us free to grieve. Belvoir sold the property very quickly and I can honestly say, we had a totally stress free experience. The sale was seamless, we got over our asking price, and the contracts were exchanged without any issues. The interaction with all the staff was amazing, they are a lovely bunch of staff who go out of their way to make selling and buying a pleasant experience. With regard to the charges, we were astounded at how reasonable they were, for all the work they did. We were given a price of costs at the beginning and this was honoured. There were no surprises of additional costs.In summary I would recommend this company very highly, as a person who is not familiar with these dealings, I am truly amazed at how easy Belvoir made the process.Thank you Vicky, and all staff at Belvoir Oldham!

We have let our property out with Belvoir for the past 8 years and I have always found them to be very helpful. We decided to sell our property and our contact with regards the sale was Sue. Sue was extremely helpful, more so than my own solicitor at times. She kept us updated throughout the sale and I know she worked hard for our purchasers as well. It was all handled in a very professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Just moved out of a house managed by Vicky at Belvoir and she was absolutely brilliant throughout the 12 month tenancy, very responsive to emails and got all our maintenance issues resolved quickly and efficiently.
