I have just completed 6 sessions with Joth at the canton clinic. I walked in there on the first appointment in the worst pain I’ve experienced, from a suspected compressed nerve in my neck. Today I walked out pain free. From start to finish joth has been professional, knowledgeable and clear in his instructions. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me.

Luis is excellent. A really friendly and professional chiropractor. His soft tissue work and acupuncture skills are second to none. I have had a number of lower back problems over the last 2 years and each time Luis has managed to get me mobile and reduce the pain rapidly. Highly recommended.

The staff at this practice are amazing! I struggled with back problems for over 5 years and have been to other practices but felt I was not really gaining any benefits from them where as at Tobenas Chiropractor I have definitely seen a difference in since I have started getting my treatments here. I first went to see Luis last year and I highly recommend! He is very friendly, helpful, professional and great at putting you at ease. He knows his stuff and has several methods of treatment in addition to adjustments. I was suffering from lower back pain (caused from a back spasm injury 4 years ago) and have seen several chiropractors in Cardiff over the years. I would say Luis is definitely the best. Before each adjustment, he spends time working on your muscles so they have time to relax, which results in better release. A much better outcome than a quick 15min appointment I've had elsewhere for the same price! My lower back feels much better since seeing Luis, thank you!
