Special shout to Sammy, returning customers. Firstly new store looking amazing. Secondly, what can I say. This girl always goes above and beyond for me and my wife. Absolute credit to the company her friendly ora contagious. Literally sorts us out within minutes of entering store. Big respect.

Alisha at Broadway store was super helpful in assisting me find earrings for my niece. I would defo recommend getting served by her especially when your finding it difficult to find a the perfect gift. I wish her all the success in her field. Wish all the staff in every store had her type of happy, positive and enthusiastic personality.

Dylan took the time to recommend and help me design a custom ring. He was very helpful in recommending rings based on the different designs I had in mind. He gave me multiple rings to try on based on features I like so that we could design rings the perfect custom made engagement ring. I recommend working with Dylan if you want to find the perfect ring! He takes the time and effort and is very knowledgable.

Simrah has been an absolute delight, she took her time and served me, she was very polite and honest with her opinions. I hate shopping and have people saying yes to everything I pick as for she tried to suit my requirements after a series of questions. Would definitely be back for the Mrs birthday and Valentine’s Day also. Give her 10/10

I visited the store to look at wedding rings with no intention to buy straight away. Ethan greeted us straight away and was very patient and helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and guided me towards suitable products but wasn't pushy at all. I returned to the store a while later after giving it some thought and purchased a ring. Ethan was brilliant throughout the whole process, I couldn't fault the service at all!
