They have been incredibly efficient and friendly from the first contact through to when I resigned the rental. Jackie has always been available to help with a cheerful demeanour and gone above and beyond what was required. For example, when I lost my key they went out of their way to ensure I had a new one the same day. The unit was clean and dry, and access was easy and clearly explained. I cannot fault their services at all! I will gladly use them again and recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

I was under severe stress and due to lack of sleep, was a bit slow in thinking about things. And it was the first time that I signed up for a big storage unit. Blue Bear self storage have been a source of great relief to us during our very stressful house move. We had collected far too much stuff over 24 years at our previous home but Blue Bear's very reasonable rates meant we were happy to take up four units whilst we decided where everything would end up. We will continue to be a customer.

Brilliant storage.Inside the unit it is clean, fully damp proof and spacious.Outside the unit it is incredibly secure and feels safe to visit at all times of the day.Customer service is quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with.Thoroughly recommend this company.5 stars.

We used a unit for 18 months whilst completing a house renovation. Easy to access whilst reassuring secure and perfect location between Buckingham and Milton Keynes. Communication with the company great too. Would use again.

Storage facility was very close to the town, and the team were so helpful in setting up the agreement. The units were clean and ready for us to use when we arrived as was agreed. Jackie was brilliant when we had a small problem and made herself available to us before getting things sorted, even though they had little control over the issue.Absolutely brilliant service throughout.

BB storage have been a pleasure to deal with. I unfortunately had a fraud attempt on my bank card just days before my automatic payment for blue bear came out, after keeping in contact with them and sorting out my bank card they were incredibly understanding and even refunded the late fee due to the payment issue not being my fault. They are incredibly understanding and very easy to talk to on the phone! Would highly recommend them!
