My husband accidentally knocked some red candle wax on a cream rug and then helpfully tried to brush it away. I didn't hold out any hope of getting it clean.I contacted Ross after seeing an advert on FB. He was quick at replying and I sent him a picture of the damage. He was pretty confident he could help. He took the rug and the next day delivered it back in pristine condition.I would highly recommend. Great communication, excellent value and very professional. Ross superbly cleans my windows and annually my solar panels and weatherboarding to an excellent standard. But I recently discovered he also cleans mattresses (which i didn't even think was possible) I got him round to clean two heavily urine stained single mattresses. Wow! They look and smell brand new and it only took an hour. I cannot recommend him enough. Not worth it if your mattress is cheap but certainly is if its reasonable to good quality. Very happy!

I phoned SUPERCLEAN Pro Services with an urgent job, and they responded very quickly and came to do the job the next morning. So glad I found this company, very courteous and professional and did the job with fantastic results. The carpets dried very quickly and there is no sign of any stains. We are now using the company to do another job next week.

Wonderful experience! Very communicative, professional and talented. We have two very furry pets who have run of the house and thanks to this service our living room carpet, sofa, sitting chair and area rug were left sparkling clean. We're very impressed and would happily use this company again.

I called Superclean Pro Services in a panic one Sunday morning after my radiator burst and left a nice rusty mess in my front room. The problem was my young baby wanting to play in the puddle of water. I received some very helpful advice on how not to make the situation worse and made an appointment for one of their guys to come out and clean up. Superclean get extra points from me as they were fully booked but they moved some things about and managed to get me in the next day.Ross was dispatched and arrived five minutes early, smartly turned out in a company uniform and a clean sign written van. Ross had a look at my stain and then explained the process he would go through to remove it, I was very surprised as I thought he would just give it a scrub but he explained all the steps and reassured me the cleaning fluids he was using were not harmful to my baby or my pets.I didn't get a chance to move the furniture about so he helped me with this and then did an amazing job of cleaning my carpet. I was just expecting him to remove the stain but he got it so clean that I needed the rest of the room doing which he did for me there and then.I have always hired carpet cleaners from Homebase but will never go back. Had Ross come and do my bedrooms, hallway and stair carpets. He was on time, polite and professional and I would highly recommend him and superclean.We have dogs (chocolate lab and westie) who are allowed upstairs. The carpets got a huge amount of dog hair and terrible smell even with regular hoovering.Now after treatment the carpets are like new, the smell of dog is gone from the house.Ross helped move furniture and gave us a few tips for the future.I looked into hiring a carpet cleaner but when you add it up with the cost of the detergent and such this works out much cheaper and a better result. Will definitely be using him in future.

Accidentally dropped a spray can of black paint on our grey carpet! Messaged Superclean on the bank holiday weekend and had a swift response with a proposed day to come out. Very friendly and amazingly managed to get the stain out, really pleased with the outcome!Also excellent service as our regular window cleaner, messages us the day before attending and always does a good job, thank you for being so reliable!Michelle
