I am almost close to saying it a joy to visit. The staff are all lovely and friendly and Nathan - by a million miles the best dentist I have had.

Wonderful service from Lara (and the rest of the team!) throughout my Invisalign treatment. The results are better than I ever expected. A massive thank you to Lara for creating my dream smile!

Highly recommend Nathan and his team. I never thought my teeth could look so good, at my age! So worth the time and commitment and felt at ease with the care I received throughout the Invisalign treatment.

As soon as I walked into the reception of Y Bont Faen Dentist Iimmediately sensed it had a 'good feel' / 'atmosphere'So clean,light,bright and fresh with reception staff who werefriendly,welcoming and helpful.My Dentist,Nathan, was reassuringly calm,pleasant,empathic and professional.Extremely thorough,explaining exactly what the problem was and discussed in detail the work involved,alwaysgiving me plenty of time to ask questions at every stage.Nathan was considerate with both myself and his staff who were wonderfully supportive and professional too.I sensed a healthy team spirit which contributed towards a pleasant atmosphere all round.I left the Dentist , pain free and smiling. Feeling relieved and comforted that I had discovered a perfect Dentist, at last.

I made contact after not having been to see a dentist in a while, with my teeth and gums in a pretty bad place. The idea of visiting a dentist paralysed me with anxiety, but I mustered up the strength and don’t regret it one bit. All the staff ant Y Bont Faen Dental Centre are warm, friendly, considerate, and nonjudgemental. They made me feel calm and cared for, and my teeth are the cleanest and healthiest they’ve ever been. That anxiety has evaporated, and it’s because of how the staff at Y Bont Faen look after their patients. Diolch yn fawr iawn!

I was very happy with the service I received over the last few weeks , let's face it nobody likes going to the dentist. I had my treatment carried out by Lara Welch she made the whole experience very comfortable and explained every thing she was doing, which helped .Thank you again for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I am extremely happy with the results Nathan has achieved with my teeth. They were quite crooked, very discoloured and had an annoying gap where one was removed years ago. Nathan was very thorough, conscientious, friendly and gentle and with invisalign, whitening and making a bridge to fill the gap, I am so pleased, thankyou,Tony Rees

I hate the dentist but that said, Nathan is brilliant. Best terrible experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Tooth feels better than it has in years. My faith is restored. I’ll defo be going back to this guy again.

I would like to thank Lara for repairing two troublesome feelings. The treatment was quick and painless and Lara explained throughout the treatment what she was going to do. Her gentle approach resonated through out the practice starting with the welcoming smiles at reception. I can not recommend Y Bont Faen enough .Mauro
