Really good with friendly drivers far much cheaper and far more reliable than City Red and handy to get to places that even the train don't go to and the tap on tap off and app is really good with comfortable fleet of busesI do recommend using Bluestar if you around in Southampton or Hampshire

Nice fleet of Buses and Really Friendly Staff and they evan came into my school and i got to cab the Envrio 200 MMC and also have a good Selection of buses and if it a Reating 10/10 and if i have to travel with Bluestar it a yes from Benonetworkrail

This company has no idea about customer service. Now citybus has gone the drivers don't give a toss. Just had a driver wave at me and drive off even though I was at the stop before he had moved off.. Number 16 at civic center Southampton heading towards bitterne. We need another company to show these clowns what customer service is

Why is it the Number 11 bus just drove past even thoe my hand was out to stop and this is the second time at 8-10am for West Totton and has done this It has made us late for work feeling very angry !! It was not a full bus get it sorted please !!!!! Pick up and do your job !!

I dont understand why if you have big car park at the site still at 6am you parking the buses on the Bishopstoke road and blocking the traffic. Also stopping for shopping at texaco petrol station on Southampton road again blocking the traffic!!! Please stop doing this. You're not the only drivers here. Respect others.
