Recently purchased a VW Golf from Crewe Volkswagen and the whole experience was brilliant from beginning to end. Mike Brain was extremely helpful right from my initial email to handing over the keys at the dealership. Excellent communication and customer service throughout.I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

We recently purchased a used VW Polo from VW Crewe for my brother, the whole process was very professional and we got that feeling we were priority number one and had the full attention of Connor Copeland who made the buying process a breeze. Called ahead because I was interested in buying the I.D 4, I was told they were open until 7pm and they had one in the showroom. I got there at 6pm, the car didn’t have a price or any information, I waited and waited, 2 salesmen had someone with them but the others stayed in a room, when they came out, they just walked straight past without acknowledging me, I Would have waited, had someone said, we’ll be with you when we have finished with these customers but nothing, after 20 minutes of being ignored I left.I think it’s a shame as I really am interested in buying a new car but may have to look at another dealership.

Excellent service was in for a service they also replaced my engine cover on a recall and also did a software update very pleased with the professional service.5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

How can two dealers be so different??!! Having been a long-standing customer of our local Audi/VW dealer in North Wales but having had two bad experiences with their service department (they use the VW workshop for both marques) we bought our last car from Crewe Volkswagen. The buying experience was pretty similar at both, but when it came to servicing, they were chalk and cheese. When I arrived at Crewe VW, I was greeted on the forecourt by a gentleman who knew my name! He showed me where to park, escorted me into the building and handed me over to a service representative. As I had opted to wait for my car, I was shown to the comfortable waiting area (with TV, mobile charging points, magazines etc.) and offered refreshments. The coffee was excellent, and served in a proper cup (not cardboard). My vehicle service was completed within the timescale quoted, I was offered a free valet, but turned it down as I was in a rush. Everything was explained, I was escorted back to my car, and left feeling valued. If I could give six stars, I would.
