Swallows Independent Jaguar

Amazing service. Tom the engineer went above and beyond to rectify the issues I had with my XF. Sydney always kept me updated and never minded my numerous calls to check progression. A great Team at Swallow Jaguar. Albeit an hour drive for me, I will always use Swallow moving forward. They restored my faith in car work shops.

Edit: I wouldn't let them service your gearbox. Mine has deteriorated ever since they serviced it, lurches, grinds and clunks. I took it back for them to look at it a few months after the service, and all they did was remap where the gears change. Given they're not local, I'm reluctant to take it back yet again.-----------------------------------------------------Worth the travel if you're in the same area of the country. They have the reputation as one of the best independents in the UK, and my experience there showed nothing to prove that wrong.Very knowledgeable, with lots of detail and photos in the health check that came with the service. Reasonable price, and I left feeling reassured my car had been thoroughly checked over.

Just had my Range Rover in for a repair for the 1st time. Amazing customer service, and pricing. In future I will continue to take my vehicle to these guys. I am a new loyal customer. A word of advice, don't waste time calling around from pillar to post, just go straight to Swallows. All this coming from a guy who rarely write a review.

Recently purchased a Jaguar s type r from Jack, very helpful and friendly, whist providing excellent service and very knowledgeable. Excellent team of people who have incredible Jaguar knowledge. Great selection of cars for sale and the after service & servicing is highly recommended. Jaguar parts do not come cheap but the guys at Swallow shop around for the best deals and of course being independent the Labour rates are also reasonable. I live in South Wales but always take my XJ6 to Swallow for servicing.

I recently went to Swallows for a problem with my Land Rover and their customer service was excellent from start to end. My car is under warranty and they completely managed that side of things and did their best to get the best result for me from the warranty company. I would definitely recommend and use the garage again.
