Service was good. Nice ambience. Didn't rate the food though. The rib eye was so tough and chewy I couldn't eat it. Chocolate brownie mediocre. Certainly not worth the prices they charge.

If I could've given 0 stars on the food I would have. Based on the Google pictures I went with the hopes of having fish&chips but when I tried to order no go never had that so that's an old picture. Then I inquired on the fish of the day, nope not today. Most of the stuff on the menu I had zero clue what it was so ordered steak figured how bad could that be and worst-case I put A1 on it. Well it was terrible and they didn't have A1 so resorted to ketchup. TG for ketchup as i was hungry.Every item was a-la-carte so for £50+ not happy. I had asked the front desk before going they had no idea what/where however on my return I advised do not bother!!! Service was so-so considering I was the only one there until a small group arrived. Disappointed to say the least! I recommend going elsewhere

Bad service from unhappy people that looked angry when I got there with a short reservation. Then no one said the chimichurri sauce had coriander and the lady was surprised when I complained. The meat wasn’t medium at all as I ordered but well done. My wife’s plate didn’t have half of what it was supposed to have (missing stuffing) but no discount was given, just an excuse. I still paid service and they were relieved when I left. I was with my wife and my 3 year old son. I’m not coming back.

We had a great office Christmas party at the Factory House last week. They were very easy to work with when it came to organising and extremely accommodating with last minute changes that always come, - all questions via email were responded quickly. Atmosphere was spot on, good tunes to get us in the mood but not eardrum bursting. Very decent food - I had the steak that was cooked exactly how I wanted it. And the service was excellent. Great venue for this kind of event - I would definitely use this venue again!

If you’re looking for a venue in London to hold a corporate event then this is the place for you. Nothing is too much for the team. The venue itself has lots of space, the food is lovely and the service is fantastic. I had been let down by a few suppliers in the past and the venue have always stepped in to help, even where it wasn’t their job to. I always feel reassured running events here because I know I am in safe hands. A special thanks to Hannah and Enrico for all your help.

We came to the Factory House last week on a corporate dinner, with an international flavour to our diner composition that evening. It was good to see a varied menu catering for different tastes. We had a really good time at the restaurant, the food was excellent and was really good value. Great range of dishes and all very well cooked. The interior of the restaurant is a great space and full marks for the attractive design and fittings of the main room.

Went here earlier this week for our team lunch after team building in the City that same day. Pre booked a table and also our meals with thanks to Hannah who co-ordinated things so efficiently. There were ten of us and we were seated in a separate area which was pleasant enough. Overall the meals were superb and the staff were very attentive. I had the 400g sirloin steak for my main and it was top drawer. Will definitely come here again.

Tourist trap, if you want to play Shuffleboard. They charge you £5 an hour for EACH PERSON playing actually. Not thinking about, that every customer brings money thru the drinks … If the price would be PER TABLE and hour that would be okay, or may a minimum charge for the drinks, you‘ve to order while playing, but so you pay more as many as you are … my first and last visit … unfortunately, because it‘s basically a nice place …
