Had an external ethernet connector fitted in Feb this year at a very reasonable cost. Loss of signal due to faulty RJ45 connection. Engineer arrived next day and fitted premium components at no extra charge. Fantastic locally run business. Can't recommend enough!

Very prompt and efficient service. The reception fault was quickly identified and rectified. Not exactly cheap but in the event worth it. No hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service. Contacted DDA for the first time after losing Freesat signal. I was given an appointment and Elaine was very helpful, explaining the engineer would assess the problem and provide a quote and I would only pay if I decided to go ahead. The engineer was prompt and covid-safe. He identified the problem quickly and took photos of the dish to show me what he'd found. The quote was very reasonable and payment was taken by phone after he'd finished and left. I was impressed with the service from start to finish and will certainly use the company again if needed.

Phoned Friday afternoon, t.v picture keeps breaking up when it rains. Came first thing Monday morning like they said, Richard came,showed me what the problem was, told me how much it would be.Fixed it picture great again..Great job.

Highly recommended! Andy, the fitter, came to see what we wanted doing, gave us some ideas on what could be done and sent us a quote a few hours later. We booked to have the work done and he arrived promptly the next day. Work was completed to a very high standard and there was no mess left at all. We now have superb digital reception in the 4 main rooms in our house and more channels than we've ever received before. Great Job.

A superb service from start to finish recently moved house and had no signal rang up and got sorted virtually next day with a new digital aerial and sockets to all rooms from a very professional fitter at a reasonable price. We now have perfect reception in all rooms. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
