Turkish Best Grill
Went there last night to try a new spot. To be fair, I was a bit apprehensive as i had a feeling it would be a standard take away but went because of “chef’s specials” section of the menu.We ordered Kofte and Lamb Sarma beyti, chips for the little one.Have to say, we enjoyed our food and some leftovers too. Service was pretty good too, courteous staff made it a better experience.Would definitely go there again if we’re in the area

The food was amazing, as always. I’ve been 6 times before today and never had this sort of thing happen however I nearly walked out today before our food got taken to the table.First, the “overly-friendly” waiters behaviour was absolutely shocking. He constantly came up to my toddler squeezing his cheeks, kissing his head and hugging him, even after my toddler expressed a dislike to the mans presence, then he took the dummy out his mouth but eventually left us alone for 5 minutes. However, he ended up coming back up to the table again giving us unsolicited advice about how to raise our toddler and kept switching the phone off which my toddler was using to watch YouTube on.We went out to enjoy a nice meal not get bombarded with a waiter who didn’t know boundaries and was kissing strangers babies or giving his unasked opinion about someone’s child.I love this place but I can honestly say that I will never be able to come here again after today. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff.

Lovely Turkish food. The meat and chicken was well cooked. Neatly and nicely served.We tried Iskander kabab and selections of kebabs. They all were well cooked and were delicious.Friendly customer service. Hope they will keep the standard.

Excellent service and food. Prices are more than reasonable.The complimentary tea was lovely. The only let-down was that payment was cash only, and we weren't told from the beginning, so had to go find an ATM.

Very nice ambient the food was very delicious not that expensive we ordered the platter for 2 it was very big we barely managed to finish and the staff was very friendly they even offered us a Turkish tea on the house

This is prob the best kebab place in Luton.. Authentic Turkish kebabs and food.Excellent customer service, polite and with a smile.Good seating area, great for families and large gathering!Food was spot on.. Not over cooked or under.. Or too spicy.. Just right!

I forgot my lunch today so ordered from Turkish Best Grill, I have walked past a few times but it was the first time I had ever been in there. However all of the staff greeted me like an old friend and made me feel so welcome. I was offered Turkish tea whilst I waited and myself and the staff chatted. I was given probably the most generous portion of food I have ever had for lunch anywhere in the world. The food itself was great and was cooked fresh right in front of me. Have no doubt, I will be forgetting my lunch more often so that I can visit Turkish Best Grill in future. Teşekkür ederim!!

As a family, we visited Turkish Best Grill. Before going in, we confirmed that they would provide a VAT receipt at the end of our payment.Upon leaving the restaurant, they provided us with the bill, but we asked again to make sure we would receive the VAT receipt. However, we were told that the bill was the receipt. I explained that a receipt should include a VAT number. One of the waitresses responded rudely, saying that she only had that bill. The conversation took a funny turn when another staff member joined in while I was speaking.The food was delicious, but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Having worked in a restaurant for 10 years, I know that the main focus should be on customer service and resolving any issues to satisfy the customers, rather than just saying What can I do

Turkish Best Grill
Planned and booked the day before to have lunch with a large group before going to Whipsnade Zoo.We came in 3 cars from London. Ample easy parking was right outside.Our group size was of 8 adults and 4 children.The tables was ready, and they hosted us with care and attention. We all loved the food. Even some of the fussy kids loved it. It was presented well and tasted bang on point.Some of us needed space to pray salah, which they accommodated, and had a prayer mat available.They really hosted us like guests, and we felt welcome and at home. We were offered complementary turkish tea and sweets.Highly recommended food and service, which was much better than big known Turkish brands in London.
