Helpful lady in the shop but a bit complicated when I asked for a price list. İf you are a member, membership costs £20, you get 15% off. Jackets were around £9 for cleaning, but I couldn't just see a price list. Shop looked clean and professional.

AWFUL. They made a typical mistake - they missed out one of my dresses. So I came back to find my dress. The lady misunderstood “last saturday” and started to blame on me that I came back too late, (which hasn’t passed two days yet) even before she looked into the system. she continued that she couldn’t guarantee to find my dress because it passed over a week?! Ovbiously, she made a mistake and they found my dress with apologies. I almost lost my £300 dress there. I won’t take a risk again. Additionally, the price is outrageous. I paid over £45 for two dresses and a trouser. Service is just horrendous.

We took a new Hugo Boss trousers to this this place to be dry cleaned, when collected the button was missing. I called them to see if they have the button there and whether they would fix it or not. The lady said they won’t take any responsibility for clothing attachments and they would fix with extra charge! I explained this was almost a brand new trousers and before we end the conversation she hanged up on me!! Very shocked by their customer service!!

Terrible customer service experience! I left a jumper to be cleaned, but received it back in the same condition.Despite the fact that they didn't deliver any cleaning service, not even partially. The Manager had the audacity to charge me for a full payment of £11 without delivering any cleaning service.

Awful experience - do not go here. They damaged my coat which was very special to me - the cuff now has a hole in it which has exposed the lining. They also did not clean the coat properly, leaving scuff marks all over it. Not to mention they cannot communicate at all via email - it’s all very shady and bizarre. Stay away!

New to Mill Hill and found this gem of a dry cleaner. Ewilina (manager) was very thorough explaining about how they carefully treat every garement and not just throw it in a big pile. I am very picky with my stuff. I also like their effort to be 'green'. I know it's not easy but because they have their equipment in a central unit they can make it happen. Gosh we talked a lot :) I was so excited I even took a couple of photos of the shop to show my friends and family. Bottom line paying for quality service is just a great experience. I can recommend them.

Very nice branch manager (Daisy) who has always been amazing but in June while she was on holiday, a girl who was providing cover managed to lose my favourite cashmere cardigan.Absolutely no interest was shown by the head office and they have no proper complaints process in place,Exasperated after 8 weeks, I tried to reach the owner who seems to have plenty of time to brag on social media about how fantastic his company is but unsurprisingly, I heard nothing from him either.After 3 months of me emailing and calling and eventually reaching the Area Manager, finally they returned my cardigan 13 weeks later!!Their brand profile definitely does not match up to their non-existent customer service. I do hope no one else has to go through this unnecessary frustration and inconvenience caused by The American Dry Cleaning Company. I was really disappointed as I thought they were top of their game but it seems that there is a cowboy running this firm.ADDED after they replied:You did not keep in constant touch, I had to keep chasing. You did not give me any compensation and people will no doubt judge you by your curt response here which shows no contrition whatsoever. Really poor service indeed.

Really great service, have been going here regularly for a few months now and always perfectly happy with the quality (shirts, suits, coats...). Also had small repairs and alterations done here which were done impeccably. It‘s also really nice to be greeted by name every time - Ewelina really wants to build a good relationship with her customers.

I just picked up my suit from American dry cleaning ahead of a wedding today. The express service cost £40, but when I picked it up one of the buttons was broken. After first being told it was already broken (I have a picture from another wedding last week that shows it in perfect condition), I was told it is not their responsibility. Seems like a strange way of conducting business, by charging extortionate prices to conduct a very poor service, damaging a suit before an important event. Even an apology would have sufficed, but that doesn’t seem to be how this place conducts business. Would instead recommend the other dry cleaner up the road, metro launderette.
