Helpful staff, for hgv driver: come through car park, go reverse from the car park. Busy place, morning time is good to deliver but day time bit difficult .

Terrible service! Unorganised accounts team that send invoices months late on a monthly basis with no purchase order numbers against them. Its impossible to prove that invoices sent are for actual orders made. Unhelpful team and rude staff then blame 3rd party operation teams for errors without being able to rectify issues. I'm now using a reputable and professional water supplier that provide bottles on time, with a purchase order numbers clearly marked on invoices, which are sent on the the day of delivery. I now only pay for the water I actually purchase!

We signed up to AguaAid in May 2018 , the service is excellent, always on time and a joy to deal with. Our staff really appreciate having great tasting drinking water and NO MORE PLASTIC BOTTLES!! I have been using AquAid water coolers for a while now and would highly recommend them. My daughter only drinks water so this is a godsend for me, The water is always fresh and tastes far better than tap water and also works out much cheaper to have one of these than keep buying bottled water so good for your pocket too.
