Great gym with a friendly atmosphere, would defiantly recommend. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. The coaches are very helpful and always willing to break down movements and scale workouts if needed.

A fantastic gym - I've tried multiple gyms over the years but would find the classes repetitive and eventually get frustrated at lack of results and just give up. But I've been going to Imperium for over a year now and absolutely love it. Every class is different with plenty of variety, with focused coaching on a variety of different skills. The other members are so lovely and supportive and I just love how every success is celebrated no matter how big or small it may seem! Suitable for all abilities (workouts can be scaled to whatever you need) so would 100% recommend giving it a go

This place is class for starting/ continuing/ deepening your fitness. They have all sorts of levels of movement and are really inclusive. If you want to learn how to do a push up, pull up, or just want to get a bit fitter. It's a good place to go.I don't really like to go to thw gym and can't find the motivation but going to classes like this makes me want to train.Give it a go I reckon.

I fell in love with this gym 3 years ago. I was so frightened to start a ‘crossfit’ gym, but i couldn’t be without it now. The coaches are so helpful & the members have now become lifelong friends/family. The classes are hard, (i cant lie) but i’ve never felt so good after them. this gym has helped my confidence and taught me skills i never thought i’d be able to do. The whole environment is really encouraging. Everyone just wants to see you achieve goals and enjoy your time here at Imperium! (p.s. we have cracking socials too)
