We had a fantastic evening at Hispania. The owner and our waitress were friendly, polite, accomodating and seemed really experience. The food was also amazing, some of the best food in Ashby. Hispania is definitely a place to take anyone you'd like to impress (it's also really reasonably priced for the quality of food and service you get).I'd highly recommend the Octopus leg!

We enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal here last night. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, it is a small menu but that ensures everything is cooked to perfection. We were so glad we went with our waiter’s recommendation of bread and olives to start as they were both gorgeous. Our waiter was really helpful in advising us on our wine choice and it complemented our meal perfectly! Thank you for a lovely evening

Little gem of a restaurant just opened. Authentic Spanish food expertly prepared with great service at a reasonable price. We had the 3 course menu with a decent bottle of wine and THE best olives I have ever tasted! (apparently from Andalucía). Run by 2 Spanish chaps which is why it is so authentic. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
