What an amazing place. It almost feels enchanted. Hot tub, sauna, gym - and the natural pool! We had such a great time. Can’t wait to be back!

Tickmorend Farm and Barn
Spent a long weekend here with a group of 11 friends. A perfect setting, in very peaceful surroundings. The property is a fully equipped farmhouse, with enough space for us all to dine indoors and outside. I had the rest and relaxation I needed and the best nights sleep that I've had in months too!! The property also has a natural pool (was so nice not to be in chlorinated water) and a hot tub with a beautiful view of the stars. Would highly recommend this property.

The hosts had thought of everything and you could tell each detail both inside and outside the house had been carefully considered for convenience, from the lighting to the amenities. It was a jaw-droppingly stunning house and gardens (the pictures do not do it justice) and a weekend there felt like a 2-week holiday, it was so peaceful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the sauna and hot tub with a view of the beautiful natural pool.

Amazing slice of paradise in the beautiful Cotswolds that feels like a home away from home. With terrific facilities and enough bedrooms for two families, it’s hard not to have a great time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely vacation.

Wow, What an amazing place!! Spent a lovely weekend away with friends and honestly couldn’t have found a more perfect place to celebrate! The house is wonderful, gorgeous bathrooms, cozy log fires, pure luxury!! The garden, outdoor hot tub and early morning dips in the natural swimming pool all added to the wonderful experience. Tickmorend farm has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing break away! Cannot recommend highly enough. Truly wonderful!!

Tickmorend Farm and Barn
We just stayed at the Tickmorend Farm and Barn (both) last weekend, it truly is a magical place in the Cotswolds with everything that you need. We were fortunate to have good weather and could use the natural pool (so refreshing), hot tub and sauna. The beds are super comfortable and the place is so quiet. At night, you can see all the stars.... will definitely be back, thank you so much for hosting us - you were truly wonderful.

Amazing place, so unique and different, very good taste design-wise. Matt is the perfect host, extremely friendly and helpful. The wild swimming pool is something else, a definite must-try for everyone visiting. The sauna is fantastic, hot tub great, we absolutely loved it. And so did our guests, we held a retreat here and they were all thrilled. Fantastic experience, thank you so much Matt! Xxx

We loved this holiday rental! We were 2 families and it easily accommodated us all. Such b great extra features like the fresh water pool, hot tub and sauna too, we used them all, adults and kids were in heaven alike! Very close to beautiful little villages too. Will definitely be booking again!

Tickmorend Farm and Barn
A stunning house with lovely spa in a beautiful setting. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and gym - a couple of us even braved the literally freezing pool! Every detail has been thought of and that's why we keep coming back (this is out third time in 3 years). Our dogs love it too with all the space to run about!
