Kai Shotokan Karate
Myself and my family have trained with Kai Shotokan for almost a year now, and we all enjoy our Karate classes enormously. This is a firently club with a great attitude towards it's members.I highly recommend Karate as a way of relieving stress, improving flexibility, strength and one's ability to defend oneself. And most of all it's great fun, Kai Shotokan Karate has re-sparked my desire to improve my karate and my attitude to life.

Kai Shotokan Karate
I'm new to Karate and at the age of 48 I was a bit nervous about starting so late on. I joined Kai Shotokan Karate and enjoy it massively, it's doing exactly what I wanted it to, give me new skills, increase fitness and reduce stress.The group and the instructors are incredibly friendly, patient and there to support. Great club, would recommend to anyone thinking of joining.

Great club. Family oriented and classes for all levels. Very friendly teachers and good locations around Wolverhampton.
