Well now, Fountain Therapies to my rescue.They have many lovely secrets to discover, but one of the best kept ones is Piotr Swiatek, Audiologist. He tuned" my very expensive hearing aids that I purchased through one of the bigger national hearing centres... I became convinced that this big company was "detuning" my aids on each consecutive visit

This was the first time using Fountain Therapies, as it is local i thought this would be really handy so I booked a 60 min deep tissue full body massage for my wife for her birthday the guy at reception said it would be with Liz and wrote deep tissue 60 mins massage. I was really excited for my wife to get some TLC as she deserves it, however... As much as my wife said Liz was lovely, she continued to talk for the whole hour, plus the room was brightly lit, which meant my wife couldn't relax at all. Hardly any of the massage was deep tissue plus Liz didnt even touch my wifes legs or feet (after being told she had issues in the sciatic area) nor did she do any arm massaging, then made her situp uncomfortably on the end of the bed to rub her head (supposed to be an Indian head massage?) I'm only giving 2 stars because the customer service at reception was really good. Safe to say we won't be returning as I feel that I have wasted my money.The reply you have given is not accurate. My wife wasn't given an option for legs. She was told to leave her trousers on at the beginning of the treatment, and she was just told by liz to that she would finish with an Indian head massage (which Liz didn't do very well) my wife has had indian head massages before and never has she had to sit up on the edge of a bed in a brightly lit room, As for the lights and quiet, my wife isn't rude and wouldn't stop someone mid conversation to say be quiet" and I'd like to think a massage room should be relaxing and not have bright lights on all the time anyway?My wife wasn't sure of what I'd booked her

They charge £110 or thereabouts for ear wax removal from both ears whereas the ear wax removal clinic do it for £65. Would be nice if they kept their pricing competitive.

Went in for the first time today for a blood test with Layna. It's a really nice and friendly place, will be back. :)

Friendly and knowledgeable, the phlebotomist put us at ease and knew her stuff. Highly recommend

If you are difficult to bleed,then look no further. The place is calming and very clean and the staff are amazing. Lyana you are amazing. You made my day as you are the only phlebetomist to draw blood from me,first time with one try.i won't get bloods done anywhere else.If I could give you 20 stars I would.

I took my children here so my daughter could have a blood test and they could not have made us all feel more at ease. Fantastic place which really takes the stress out of an otherwise unpleasant experience. All the kids were saying how nice the team were after we left. Thank you, the extra care and time was really appreciated!

My partner is severely sight impaired and has so far had 3 sessions here. 2 reiki and 1 homeopathic session.Since starting with Sam and the team she has regained a little sight and can see shadows and the outline of her reflection in a mirror!An inoperable eye problem with no hope of medical intervention and we were in a dark place.Sam did not make any promises or claim to be able to fix anything but what we have is a very relaxed lady who is dealing with multiple issues feeling much better and excited by the results!A very relaxing welcoming and calming environment and worth every penny to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Highly recommend a consultation with them.

Loved my Reiki with Sam! She was friendly, very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed before I'd even entered the room! Amazing experience. Will definitely book again.
