Awful experience with staff who were in charge of giving me the key to my storage unit. Rude, unfriendly, would not go there again. They need lessons in common courtesy.

I prefer indoor storage container units as the outdoor ones can contain damp and mould. I didn't have the best experience whilst I was using the site, however, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I received my full refund with 5 working days and payment for the days I didn't use up. I think that they were slightly overpriced, but, all in all I am thoroughly happy to vacate the premises.
