Charlie Holt was excellent, I was put in contact with Charlie via my car insurance company after an accident. He was fantastic, helpful and understanding. I will definitely be using him privately in the future.

Really impressed with Physio Active Healthcare from the first phone call. The appointment was made and a few questions asked relating to my visit the following week. The call was followed up with a text confirming my appointment.The next day I received a call from Charlie, he asked a few more questions about the injury so that they could discuss in a pre appointment meeting. All really impressive.Amber put me at ease from the very start of my appointment , and I was soon given the diagnosis, treatment and excersises to to at home. Being based at the gym it suited all my needs, and obviously knowing the gym was helpful to Amber as to the workouts that I do.A day after treatment I received a follow up call and an emailed report of the visit, excellent service all round and highly recommended by me.Peter

I have been going to Charlie for around 3 months ! I have had issues with my shoulder but after sessions of Accupunture it has improved massively. Although Charlie’s skills are exceptional his personality makes you feel welcome and relaxed.

Charlie is a very experienced and knowledgeable physiotherapist. He has a very friendly and approachable manner and he has helped me immensely with my pain following a car accident. He provides a clear programme of exercises to do at home via email and has also expertly provided acupuncture treatment. Highly recommend him.

Had a really positive experience with Charlie. Worked on a shoulder condition and within 3 sessions had sorted it. Came back for a knee problem and Charlie was really helpful with treatment. Would definitely recommend Physio Active Healthcare to anyone with an injury!

I have been seeing Will for about a month with pain in my right ankle. He's been really informative and answers any questions I've asked. He's a lovely polite approachable person. He's giving me physical treatment on all the painful areas related to my ankles discomfort. He's also shown me information on my injury in illustrated form. This has helped me understand why I'm getting the pain and to follow the exercises at home as well as he's done with me while I'm there. He's sent me video links to the exercises which has aided me to carry out all the exercises correctly.My ankle has improved so much I'm I am extremely happy with my treatment given .I am very happy with my treatment and I definitely would recommend if in need of physio my friends and family to go to Will . My husband, daughters boyfriend and unique health and fitness gym are who recommended me to Will.
