Steph is a very clear and supportive trainer. She has supported the training of my puppy since he was 10 weeks old - in particular, giving me tools and ongoing support for his biting, barking and travelling in the car. Steph is always there at the end of an email/phone, even during these lockdowns. Highly recommend!

I am not sure what we would have done without Steph. There is so much information online and we were going from trying one thing to the next. Steph was really clear and answered all of our questions, and gave us a set of specific training methods to follow. They all worked really well, and we will be going back to Steph if we have any issues as our puppy goes into his teenage months! Thanks so much Steph for helping us during a really stressful time with a very energetic puppy.
