My wife and I recently used Lucy and Frank to secure a new mortgage product for another 5 years, switching lenders this time.I popped to speak to Frank 6 months ago due to the uncertain economic times and he was able to secure me a great rate despite my current product having 6 months left to run.Frank and Lucy also sorted out life and critical illness cover for us (thought we should as we've had a child since the mortgage last reviewed).We are now up and running on the new product which all went through trouble free.Frank and Lucy were on hand to answer any questions I had and I will definitely be using them next time. Highly recommended.

We have just completed on our first house.As first time buyers we did not really understand the process however both Frank and Lucy spent time to explain it to us.
