I had a poor experience with the solicitors who handled the sale of my flat in London (uncommunicative, elusive, inefficient). I resolved not to make the mistake of using them again, and looked elsewhere when I found my new property.My experience with Parklands has been completely different. The team have been friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They have kept me informed (by telephone and e-mail) and worked very quickly.Alex has been highly efficient throughout the conveyancing process, whilst taking the time to clarify any points I was unsure of.It has been very helpful to have a solicitor who is so personable and responsive. I will certainly be using Parklands again for any future property sale or purchase.
