Like most of the reviews previously, my items have not arrived, my emails are not answered. Please do not use this company. You will just be throwing your money away.

Had to buy a uniform else where. I cant afford 2 lots of uniform because this takes too long. Still waiting for a refund. The other company managed to refund in a few hours.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered my daughters uniform early July ready for September and no sign of it whatsoever at the beginning of term. Several emails and I finally had a response. Eventually it arrived 3 weeks into the new term and was incorrectly badges for her school so had to be returned. I purchased the correct uniform from another supplier who delivered within 48 hours and returned all of the incorrect uniform. After several emails and over 4 weeks of no responses whatsoever I remain £80 out of pocket. This company simply do not respond to emails and cannot cope with their levels of demand. An absolute disgrace. I still await my refund nearly 4 months after placing my original order. I will never ever use this company again and urge others to avoid at all costs.

I have sent an E-mail chasing for my order - which Dawn" from school Trend has replied.My son starts school next week and I still have not received order - it shows as still processing - not even moved to picking yet!Now I cant even login onto website to check my order as it shows as "Server Error in '/' Application - Runtime Error"I have ordered over £100s worth

My parcel ordered in July was lost and never deliveredThe replacement has been dispatched ( but the courier has never received it?)My Kids are due to start new school in SeptemberThere is no phone number to contact School trendsI would never order from this company again

Bad company. Ordered 1.5 months ago. Shipped at 30/8. They have given me a tracking no. Shipping company is saying that they didn’t receive the product from school trends yet. My son is going to school without new uniforms this year. One of the worst company who doesn’t reply to emails and they don’t have a phone numbers to contact.

It’s been a big mistake ordering from them. Absolutely disappointing. I never received my package. They sent me an email saying it’s dispatched. I’ve written to them twice on 15th and 30th of September. And no response. This isn’t good customer service. At least respond and say “forget about your order” 23-TP-839231-541405

Update 12/09 : Dawn from School Trend responded today to suggest a smaller logo has been arranged on the free replacement polo's and sweatshirts she has arranged for us. I should say I am keen to see how the new one's turn out, but today was a good representation of customer service from School trends.Initial reiew : The logo on my 4 year old's polo and sweater is as big as his chest. Looks awful. No response after 3 days of emailing them.

My little boy has his first day at school tomorrow and no uniform has arrived from this company. At the time of ordering it said allow 28 days, we are now over this. Wish I’d seen the other reviews before using them :(

Second time around - no uniform to start school. Last time their excuse was Covid - what’s the excuse this time? Have arranged a parents meeting with the school to initiate a change of supplier as many parents are expressing the same concerns. The quality is poor too - all the colour fades out after a couple of washes, pilling and looks scruffy.
