I needed my cracked lintel repairing. From requesting a survey to job completion took just two weeks. The men who came to do the job, Geoff Walker and Callum Taylor, gave advance notice of arrival time, got straight to work in line with the quotation, explained on completion to my satisfaction what had been done, and then tidied up. The unpleasant weather on the day and the confined working area made no difference to their effectiveness. The total cost was exactly as quoted and the arrangements for survey, quotation, acceptance and payment were all straightforward. Altogether very satisfactory.

Despite the restrictions of coronavirus we have been splendidly served by all the Peter Cox staff. In particular we want to thank surveyor Sam Walsh for dealing with our many questions and guiding us through the whole process, and the two workmen who did the installation, Geoff and Dave, who were courteous and friendly, tidy and so efficient.
