Yorkshire Homestead Group Accommodation

Had a great birthday celebration here with a large group of friends. Much fun and debauchery into the early morning. With a wholesome trip to the beach. Thank you to the hosts for returning the plug we left and everything else you did to make our stay special. From helping us get to the beach the back way, missing all the traffic. To heating the hot tub when we were out for the day. I could not recommend you highly enough.Thanks again.

We stayed at the Homestead last summer when the restrictions allowed - and we had the most amazing time making memories. Homestead is fantastically kitted out and beautifully appointed, just perfect for extended family holidays (including the furry members) Sarah and David couldn't have been more attentive hosts. The surrounding area is great for exploring especially for keen cyclists with Dalby forest being so near by. We will be back to make more memories for sure.

This is our second holiday here with our family. Perfect size for our 21 people sized family. Dog friendly too. It really is a home from home. Duvets and towels are great. Plenty of outdoor seating. Hot tub is great. BBQ is great.

Wow! What an incredible holiday we had at the Homestead! Every detail and amenity was so well thought out, modern, and luxurious it’s hard to know where to start. We came with a large group of children and adults and took advantage of all of it - from the centrally controlled house-wide sound system, large gas grill and tremendous garden seating, to the beautifully updated en-suites. The children loved playing on the provided bean bags and swinging from the tree swing while adults cooked from the highly well appointed kitchen or lounged in the wood heated hot tub. Sarah and David were the most accommodating hosts, never far when we had a request or question. They really made the weekend one our group won’t soon forget. Can’t recommend the experience highly enough!

A special place! The accommodation lived up to all our expectations. An excellent base for our large family party aged 8 to 77 (plus dogs). Well placed for visits to the coast, North Yorkshire Water Park and Eden Camp.

The Homestead and its gardens are lovely. The house is spotless and very well equipped. No expense spared in creating a comfortable and attractive holiday venue. 16 of us enjoyed the fantastic accommodation, plenty of room to all get together but enough space to enjoy peace and quiet too.Well recommended.

Great house and fab hosts! Would definitely recommend. There were 8 of us and we had so much lovely space. So many thoughtful touches, very well equipped, everything of high quality standard and very clean. Loved the hot tub. Already looking to return!

Had a fabulous stay at Homestead with family & friends. We were a large party of 12 adults, 2 children & 2 toddlers. There was so much space inside & out. The open living area/kitchen was more than big enough to accommodate everyone. The kitchen itself was very well equipped. Bedrooms were beautiful and all en suite including toiletries and bath robes. Outside plenty of seating for all with the added bonus of a wood fired jacuzzi and gas bbq. An exceptional house and highly recommended. Sarah made sure we had everything we needed and nothing was to much trouble.

Visited Yorkshire homestead for a second time as its the best holiday home we've ever been to. No corners cut here, a clean real home from home with everything you need. Would highly reccomend to big groups as it fits our family of 21 (ages 0-63) and our 3 dogs in very comfortably!Thanks Bev
